What To Expect On your Wedding Day

After the trial we will have already agreed a time for me to arrive on the day of the wedding based on how long your hair and make up will take to complete. I will usually arrive 5-10 mins prior to this to allow time for setting up. The schedule of the morning is completly your choice however generally it is best to complete everyone's hair first and then move on to the make up's.
Once everyone's hair and make up is finished to a very high standard there will be plenty of time to get dressed have any photo's and do any last minute touch up's to hair and make up. I will also stay until the ceremony time to attach the veil, help do up dresses and anything thing else your may need.

What to expect at the trial

Trials take place at my studio in Kirkby In Ashfield, Nottingham. These are available to book Monday - Friday daytime with the occasional Saturday afternoon being available. Due to the nature of the business weekends are reserved and booked with weddings and weekend trial availabilty is very limited.
During the trial we will be able to look at pictures and ideas you have about the hair style you would like, to establish what you do and don't like, as well as try out different looks until you find what you are happiest with. We will also have the opportunity to try out my range of make up and match up foundation colours and test eye and lips colours etc so when it comes to the big day everything is ready to be applied and it remains a stress free, enjoyable experience.

Things to have ready for your trial

Hair Accessories -
If possible, please have anything you would like to have in your hair on the day ready to try out with your chosen hairstyle. If you have purchased an accessory from me I will ensure this is brought along on the day of the trial.
Images -
Keep hold of any pictures you come across that you like, even if you only like a part of it. They are great in helping to explain certain styles and give ideas to find the complete look.
